How to 8800e-1 can't see Phone memory ?

i have 2 pcs 8800e-1 brand new. for lang change.
but in start i see that one have problem:

can't see Phone memmory and i can't find menu where to select where camera to store pictures.

any help ?

i attach pictures on this 2pcs handys.
pic 1.jpg - from that not open/show memory.
pic 2.jpg - from normal working.

i try from support many flashes for MT6226. but not work. in more cases camera stop work. i flash more 20 flashes.
i try to write FW from working to not working mobile but CM 3.07 says that this is new FW and can't make finalization and for that mobile is possible to not start. in my case not start.

any help ?
