I cannot enter support till a month

I use latest ;


1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

but follow link not opened any pages.I use win 98 .pls check this error my dongle updated also.in support manager 'shell' also has dowland section but I click on 'aplication not found c:\program files\infinityBox message appear
note:also suponsored links not work on shell for my comp
pls check this error for win98

did you read my post? support not far 1 click for me.I think some bugs with shell in 98.Can you test it in 98 pls.

Please, start Infinity-Box Shell and follow my advice (see picture to make correct clicks). If Shell not works I think some bugs in your Win98 installation and your PC.

If you still have problems, please, make this:
1. double check that your PC works fine.
2. double check that your Win98 installation not damaged (mabe need to re-install it to make it work correct).
3. try to run Shell on other PC, I am sure this helps.
4. to make all software/links work pls download and install latest Installation package.

Please, make detailed description what's happen when you click "Enter support/download area" button. It's interesting to see screenshots.

Are you sure that you really tried to run "Shell" on other PC ? Are you sure that it was PC under Win98 ?
To be honest I can't beleive that you tried on 2 your PC and both under Win98 and both not work. Just want to remind you that now year 2007 and it's very hard to beleive in 2 PC under Win98 (for member registered in 2001).
Pls, tell me honestly what you really tried to do and what you did not tried to do. Please, no need to tell me about the same tests on 3rd or 4th PC under Win98, please, give me honest and detailed description.

Also, pls, tell me what you see on your PC when you make this:
"Start" -> "Run" -> type text: www.infinity-box.com -> "Ok"

you not belive me.I have 5 pc in my shop
1-win98se
2-xpsp2
2-xp win98 xpsp2 3 sytems
my purpose can work infinty in 98se for my shop due to setlement.Else I can set infinity to other with xp pc. What are you think any other?

ıf you work in gsm busines only xp not enought for u.at least for me.

you can say infinity not support 98 that is ok.if not test shell in 98 pc yourself it is easyt way.

Here is explanation:
Thread name that you started is: "I cannot enter support till a month"
You have in your office PC with WinXP and you can enter in support area easily.
This means that you lie.

As a result of these your activity I prefer to wait some more user's replies about Infinity-Box and Win98 and after this I can see truth about problems (if exist).

p.s.
I hope next time you will try to write thread name and problem description w/o lie and give correct name for thread name and make good, clear and honest problem description.

this is your logic,reality is my lived support problem 98se between infinity.I was say before u with xp can work but I just set yesterday in my labtop.and take support.noting is lie in my words.
you can wait any other 98 problem from users and make decide to check shell bugs or can not interest this problem .this is your choice.

I don't think it's a big problem for you due to you have in office several PC under Win XP.

Anyway, it's not important now because I prefer to wait some replies from other users to see what is the problem exactly (if exists) and see how this problem (if exist) depends on PC/OS.
During last time several thousand users connected to new automatic support area w/o problems and nobody asked me about login problems under Win98 before.
