Hello how are you team,

I have an old infinity box with a problem.
I try to use BEST Module and IOS system, but cant

I already email to dongle support email.
But now 3 days not reply, can u help please.

Our supporters answer e-mails at regular base.
If you have sent an e-mail 3 days ago and you have got no reply yet this means something wrong at your side.
You should double check where did you sent your messages.

Hello,
I have a problem with my card. I need to open BEST SW and it ask for a username and email, then i clic "create" but, When i just clic it, SW Close it self.
and when i fill the username and email, sw says restart app, then when i restart it, SW says invalid license. [I havent receive any email with license file]
That is an old box bought from IPMART, was used few times only before Best was cracked. so was never activated, and now when we try it doesnt.

check dongle manager log:

So what we need is to use BEST, main module and IOS.

after fix this we will buy the new 1year support + miracle module 2.

You have some kind of problems with your e-mail software.

Where did you sent your e-mails ?

Your Box type is Main Infinity-Box. There is a S/N reading issue now with your box.
To fix it run DongleManager and update Box firmware and then read S/N again.

1. It was no any e-mails from you received by [email protected]

2. Your Box type is Main Infinity-Box. There is a S/N reading issue now with your box.
To fix it run DongleManager and update Box firmware and then read S/N again.

Result ?

And best is asking for username and email,
