problems about infinity box. Help me ! - GSM-Forum

I have just bought a infinity box plus color blue.Serial No of box is 22FB59A7, Firmware version: 010A.02. It is working as well until yesterday.now all soft no working and show error "Dongle identification data damaged, error code #30" . I try to repair but don't finish.
Please, help me because i need it.
