start Donglemanager and read dongle info.

in dongle manager whent want to get dongle info it gives me same errorr

Did you used Infinity-Box on this PC before ?
If yes: what was last your activity with PC (maybe install/delete software etc) before you see this error ?
If no: pls, try on other PC.

Also you can try this: uninstall drivers and install again according to instruction.
