i have a problem wid my infinity box help me

start Donglemanager and read dongle info.
Send it to my mail: [email protected]

in dongle manager whent want to get dongle info it gives me same errorr
so plz help me what wud i do now?

Did you used Infinity-Box on this PC before ?
If yes: what was last your activity with PC (maybe install/delete software etc) before you see this error ?
If no: pls, try on other PC.

Also you can try this: uninstall drivers and install again according to instruction.
