Bro do not disconnect cables from phone after you have detected pinouts. First try read flash to determine what fw ver. of you're unit. Based on you're flashing logs phone has hardware problems. Possible flash chip. Try to do this first mildly reheat mtk chip (cpu) and try read phone flash again or flash unit. If still same errors appear. Reheat flash chip. Check first if it is glued because some flash chips are glued. And repeat operation again. If still same errors sad to say flash chip is damaged.
