NEW pin-finder problem

Greetings!

First of all: I read, and made all the thing described in manual and forum.
My big problem is the following on pinfinder the phones cant power on... so the pin finding is fails also. I already remove the diode, and made a bridge, and the output voltage is also changed from 4,24 to 4,94 but the phones still cant power on. If I directly give power from USB it's 5,05 Volt. And it powers the phone. The only thing i missed the 1000mF capacitor. I tested mini Iphone, miniphone, Vodafone 125. And the result same: cant power on.

My dilemma the following: if i open my 2 days old Pinfinder and put Capacitor inside and if nothing changes. (phone not power on) so i loose Warranty for sure. So if my pinfinder is faulty i can buy a new one. What should i do?

Many thanx for answers!

DaZexy

hello!

you can add capacitor without opening box.
just check for images in InfinityBox\Documentation\PinFinder
also, please double check if polarity of your box wires is correct.
red must be positive, black- negative

one more question: can be the "no power" problem caused by this "missing capacitor" or this is abnormal that phone not powers on without this?

many thanks: DaZe

hello!

most phones should be powerable even without Capacitor.
so check polarity first
