Pinfinder activation problem


i got this message when trying to activate my new pinfinder

here's the log

i have tried to uninstall and reinstall suite, and stil got this problem
my infinity box plugged at COM4
is it hardware failure?

Hello,

Check voltage at your unibox pin-5 (unibox, not PinFinder).
Voltage should be 5v.
If you see that voltage value is less than 5v please check PinFinder manual page-20 to see an instruction.

i think u should check the usb cable too
some old cables may have obsolote voltage value
try to replace it first

problem solved by cleanup all soldered parts inside unibox, also cleanup RJ-45 connector interface
