Please, download MModule v1.19 from support area "beta/test software" section and try to unlock your phone again.
Make backup before unlock please.
Waiting for your results !

i tried to unlock my spice S500 with infinity, but its not at all recognising the
phone. i tried all combinations . what might b the problem

the problem can be in cable.

It's no need to try dofferent speed because it's not helps.
The only one thing can helps - please, double check cable again.

i made another 2 cables but still not working

Teste with 3 phones. No need to connect all Gnd pins ... 1 is enough ...
Names are exactly as printed on Infinity Box ...

The problem with the pinnout from Infinity Team ... Keyboard TOP is ... in fact UNDER ... so ... it works if you reverse everything :-)
