n95 auto off if format it turn deadset if flash back up phone is on but same error does anyone have back up file I try files from support but still deadset after flashing.

no exactly same version flash file on support.
have you tried to use similar?
make search on forum for "T6226_05C_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.B10_EFATRIS_V "
you will find few similar file
worth to try them
