here is what happen, I am installing my rockchip driver so I can first time use the cm2 rckchip tool to repair the kata 2 tablet which has a rock chip cpu. but I am having difficulties on installing the driver since it's giving me a driver with exclamation mark. I also tried the driver given from infinity support. I've done few restart to my pc because the computer installing the driver too long and even install and uninstall repeatedly until I get this error.
Please Help. here is the fault bin found under my CM2RKT folder.

I rarely using this dongle and now this is what i get? poor support? I rarely using it and now I need it asap and I can't use it very well due error misconfiguration.

Hello Boss,
Supporters are Human beings,they Have to Enjoy Weekends as same as You Do.
NO ONE IS DEAD
Anyway,Latest Dongle manager is 1.70 use it and Follow as you are Advised by Supporter.

Have you fixed your PC as per given instruction ?
Why do you ignore step-by-step instruction ?

hello sir, thank you for you're attention. yes I already followed the instruction you given as according to "Diagnostic Code #57:" I did followed.

the computer is newly reformat and no "usb trace/spy/sharing application" installed on my pc. the error occurred when I'm trying to install/uninstall repeatedly the RKT driver.

I also tried to install cm2 tools to another computer but it say "blocked"

sorry for being importunate due to I rarely using the cm2 dongle but in time I needed the dongle I can't use it well.

I do understand you're sentiment sir since the support team is a human and not a robot. but I needed immediate support for this kind of trouble since I rarely using the infinity dongle it didn't come into my mind early that this will happen to me but if I anticipate this event I might get activate my Inferno dongle. it just happen I trusted the infinity team since at first when I inquire about the cm2 dongle feature and support before I purchase they have responsive support.

and beside they have 4 member support team here so at least one of them has to be active when other's are not. and I think that's what they need suppose to do. they are inline with business consumer so at least they have support 24/7 available. I can't say to my cos-tumer to go back here in an indefinite day just to get for a support for my equipment to fix their gadget.

I'd ask for a support last june 8, 2017 at least at around 48 hours I could get a support.

btw. the support is now online. thank you infinity team.
