It was a software conflict with the next application:

c:\program files\techsmith\camtasia studio 8\camtasiastudio.exe

What to do:

1. Do not use this software at the same time with Infinity software
2. Delete fault.bn file
3. Update dongle firmware with DongleManager now
4. Run Infinity software.

Hello,

- Connect dongle/box to PC
- Run DongleManager software - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !
