FLASH G630-u20 error , now on QHSUSB_BULK mode and NOT power on

battery more then 50% and cable good

i flash it with backup flash from anther working g630-u20

Can you explain why this happened pleas? . the phone state before flash power on and show problem in recovery

note i had two devices (g630-u20) with same problem , the first after flash with sd card mode work fine , and just i want to test i do flash for the other set with QLM and now dead
