hello guys!!!i have 25 phones,motorola c139,,,s/w version is,,1.3.07,,,and i want unlock,,i open the program,,go to the service and press sp-unlock,,,,and appear this,,

COM4 [VCP0] selected
Action: unlock
Device: C113(a),C114,C115,C116,C117,C118
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00
error: boot failure[04]: general communication fault.
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished, time used: 9 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

and i can't do nothing with the phones,,,please if someone know,,,help!!!!!!!!!!!

make sure u r using the correct comport in the comport box

Try with nomal com port cable or cable with PL2032 chip cable

choose correct model and select boot mode4.u have 139 and u select wrong 117.

hello guys,,and infintysupport!!!!! i try all ways that i read in this forum,,use the com port cable and select com1,,,i use cable x60,,,i change the latency to 4,,,,and i select the exactly com port of the box in this case com5vcpo,,and nothing,,,i purchase this box for good box,,,please i can't believe that not unlock a c139 phone!!!!!

it looks like you forgot to make one thing that it was need to make as a first step.
The name of this step is: read DOCUMENTATION on your own HDD.

C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Infinity-Box_How_to_unlock_Moto-C139_TracFone-8.8.17_C113-C118-C123_2.2.83_and_newest.htm

But if you are sure that your phones is 1.3.07 you must double check your cable again, because this version should be unlocked quute easy without any test point, just select protocol v4 in "settings" and use correct cable.
Please, follow my advice, double check your cable, read FAQ again and you will have a success.
