Ok I've asked already but surely someone else knows. I bought a usb data cable for the sl45 and I can't get it to update the firmware. I have unlocked the phone using the data cable but it would seem the data cable doesn't know whether to recharge or to access phone. Has anyone used the usb data cable to any success.

Also I don't have an eeprom error message come up but my battery keeps telling me that it is flat when I connect phone calls when I know it is not, is this an eeprom error and if so how do I fix i????

i think you should get a normal data cable but not origanla
then try to fix the battery prob.. it's not eerpom but software.
