spice s600 charging & unknown device problem - GSM-Forum

i have a spice s600 in which when we insert the charger it does not shows charging but all the charging voltages are correct , means it is charging but not showing on the mobile screen , and when we connect it with data cable then the PC displays UNKNOWN device in the USB port ..
can it be a software problem ?

please help..
