spice s600 hang problem - GSM-Forum

Sir, i am having a spice s600, when we on it get hang after giving the display and after some second it gets off so what should i do, should i flash it or do format ffs. please help. and when we connect it for read full flash after connection the message displays

COM4 selected
Device: Spice S600
Checking data, wait...
Action: Read flash
Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now !
baud autodetection active
19200
Connecting, wait...
error: boot phase#2/1 failed
Release Power button now !
In case of initial connection problem: on/off "Boot baudrate autoselect" box.
Boot Fail
Finished, time used: 6 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

so also tell me why this mobile is not getting connected.

Hello,

connection problem: you need to double check your cable
repair software problem: make "format ffs" and restore original imei
