support infinity sleping


my box is damaged i contacts support for 34 days
and he not want slove my probleme
i can t undestrand that
i m crazy with this box
i send a lot of message in support and he not want slove my probleme
it is not honestly with support
what do u see in my probleme

i contact my resler in msn but he can slove my probleme
he say the probleme can the support help me
but he have the probleme with team infinity
i m a user and i payed the mony
34 day and my probleme not sloved whay

I think I agree with your first post where you say that you become crazy.

Days ago it was sent an e-mail to you with info that problem will be solved asap. If you think that it's very easy to repair smart-cards remotely - just make it by yourself, in other case - wait some time when programmers will be ready to repair your dongle.
One advice: just look around and see, who else try to repair damaged user's boxes (not depends on damage reason) ? Look and tell me honestly - what happen when other boxes stop to work. Who replace/repair it ?
Yes... you know the answer....
And now, when our programmers try to make special things in order to repair ONLY YOUR DONGLE you try to write here bull****.
Ifr you want to repair card in 1 minute just send it to our programmers via post (you pay for delivery in both directions) and your card will be reoaired and sent back in 5 minutes. In other case I offer you to wait some time when it will be possible to repair your dongle remotely.

To avoid future misunderstanding I just want to say:
I have made a BIG work trying to help to Mr. hicham6600.
I have spent several days trying to prepare new software/method to repair dongle.
It was only one request from my side: please, Mr. hicham6600, make all my instructions (given online by ICQ) exactly like I ask.
It was no any instructions performed exactly, user always think that he know much more than me and as a result we have spent some time: 14:26:04 - 15:01:27

35 minutes with only one request: please, make instruction step by step and no understanding from user.
Now dongle repaired but I can't guarantee that it will work good in order to total ignorance of my advices.
