Can you replace damaged smart-card by warranty ?
NO, you can not !
This kind of damage is not an Infinity-Box fault and we do not have any reason to replace damaged cards by warranty.

Hello,
i have a problem with my infinity smart card, i have tried to update it but it says card damaged, below is the message i get whenever i try to update it

Yes, activations can be moved from one card to another (for free).
Please, read this: Card keys is damaged, Your account is suspended etc.
