Zt-699 Keypad - GSM-Forum

I have got one ZT-699 , Its keypad not work, I have power on it with its power botton, but when it power on completey then no botton work, i have format it with INFINITY and also unlock it but same its show one key at the top of LCD, Now what i can do.

hello!

ussually this error appear because of one buttion fault.
It stays pressed. Disassemble phone and check keypad work
