New update again!

New Philips S-series tool v.3.1 released - added new model: Philips 699 ( dual sim ) ( first and only in the world ). Now you can: unlock/relock, read all codes, read/write flash, change firmware, repair IMEI and others..

New flash files and cable schematics also added to support area.

Please go to Support files and download new software Tools, flash files.

This is Philips man.
About chinese models - there more than 50% of mobile makes in china. So we have to add all phones to chineses ro what?
