Hi

Please try to flash a working phone first, this will help us see if Pheonix is working properly...

If all is fine with another working phone, then proceed to dead flash...

The normal procedure for dead flashing is simple.

1: Start Pheonix,
2: Select Product etc etc etc
3: Make sure Dead USB or USB Dead (which ever way it is) is ticked.
4: Now with good battery and cable in USB port, connect to phone and press power button for few seconds, if phone is such state to dead flash - you will hear a ding dong from windows then a box will popup asking for drivers, install the drivers for the phone your flashing then proceed to dead flash...

It is simple even tho it sounds tricky, practice makes perfect so keep trying.

br,
Danny.

Make sure the connection type is "NO CONNECTION" for dead phone flashing.
