Member: 111129 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Firmware Upgrade policy at Nokia Points I'm a fan of Symbian phones (actually I own a 6680) and as you know every firmware upgrade brings with it many bug fixes and new features. I'd like to know a detail about Nokia's policy about FW updates: until the phone is covered by warranty, updates are *free*, or the phone *needs* to have some problems to be able to get FW updates for free? Thanks! |

i'm going to one of the point in Poland & say that phone restarts, hang sometimes ect. first thing is that they upgrade firmware for free. but for changing ppm (lang pack) i need to pay. other countries - don't know. best regards Nikita_Bennet | |
