My nokia e-90 crashes while flashing

This is the 3rd time i tried to flash my nokia e-90 and i recieved this message.
after that i selected a different flashfile and hangs at the second stage.
Can somebody tell me what to do ?

tray to use jaf or any other box if have 10pin cable use it wo converter
