NSDongle crashed while flashing. Now phone is dead, and can't be flashed. - GSM-Forum

I was flashing a D500, and then suddenly i saw NSDongle application quit. In flash window it said checksum error while uploading.

Now it's not possible to flash it again. Just get error when loading boot.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

leave the battery off for 30mins, then you will be able to flash the phone again

Uh, NSDongle and D500

I already bought one D500 after same error.
But if not boot open phone and cut one pin from beckup battery, and boot will goes...

I managed to get it start flashing again - but it will only do if i select 115200 speed.

But I still get the same error: Checksum error during bin upload

Happens every time after a while. When i first started to flash it, i had it almost finished at full speed before it stopped

you shuld change usb cable to the new one

yes i agree, try and get a shorter usb cable

Nothing wrong with cable. 30cm long, and working fine.

Manged to get NSDongle flash BIN @ 115200. But i cancelled when it started to flash TFS, and let Twister do that in stead. It flashed TFS at 921600 with no problems, with same cable.
