can you explain me more, which phone you're try to unlock ? coz in your screen shot not have any info about model

Please try to Flash and debrand
after that try again !! it 100% Supported !!

Not true. Yesterday I've unlocked E90 with 210.34.75 and N95 (RM-159). It's worked like a charm.

This model is N95 da Nokia RM-160 and does not support the permanent.
