Probably, targettelecom is right.
Try to reinstall ActiveX control for example. Reinstal 2.05.006.

when i connect to Dctxbb5
And it shows me this note:"Locating HWK Upgrade server...
HWK Upgrade server found!

Connecting to HWKUpgrade server...
Server connection successfully established.
Authenticating on server...
Authentication stage error: Server reported error:No more upgrade logs." when i start to update HWK

iam still facing the same problem concerning the lack of arabic flash files for lg 2g and samsung phones

please supporter give us some arabic flashes on our great support site and if u can not have these flashes u can find them on some post here and put it on support

Hi guys,
does n body know how to identify the lang package inside a LG flash file in Saras download area? I mean, i need one for LG C2200 with portuguese, at least Portugal portuguese. See attached pic for better referring of my words.

1ST activex install and login little difficult.but all ok working very good and fine.thanks to team.
