Member: 237155 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 415 | i think hwk official support does not have resume support actually...... because if we disconnect internet connection and reconnect ,then it is not possible to resume the file that we were down loading with previous connection....because new files are very big in size....and if due to any reason net connection lost , it is a big headache to start d/loading from start. another problem is <SERVICE TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE 503 > it is often displayed....and i wonder some times when i am downloading a file , downloading is coming but if i try to browse site again this error <SERVICE TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE 503 > came... please solve these problems as soon as possible........ at the moment this support is very bad ............... |

I never used logs & i never knew that i need some. so i can't re-install hwk suite now. |
