Nokia 5220 RM-411 goes to white screen - GSM-Forum

Dear All

The phone is working ok but after some time goes to white screen but when any key pressed it comes back .so tried flashing but when flashing after erasing when starts writing it stops with error message rebooting mobile

now the phone is dead wht kind of a problem is did anybody tried flashing nokia 5220.

pls advice

your cable is 5pin or 7? if you use 5pin cable unclick DAUL LİNE options then try again and post result here

Try putting charger while flashing phone.

same problem i face but i cant done this
bcoz this is hardwer but my phone is on

Dear when i uncheck dual line also it stops with error (cable 5 pin)

Bos you must have to use ufc cable.your problem well be solved.because it happen to me i flash e50 always data error and after i use ufc problem solved.
