disable external vpp, in software mark internal Vpp should work

Thanx to all on help
Problem solved

Solution :
1. Turn on external Vpp in software
2. Remove bb5 vpp generator and use only kabel N6280
3. Put charger on phone
4. Thats all,just flash phone

So for sure is a power related issue, maybe best to check your regulator anyway.

I have in my ufs folowing power regulator 2951c m33b

just use ufs 2.01 you will see everything will be ok.
2.00 2.02 2.03 have bug.

Hi Preco,

I have same case as yours, could you please guide me in details your solution?

Are you mean cable N6280 is flash cable?
Put charger on without batt? the flash cable attach at the Phone?
