i have E250d flashed and now dead by UST PRO and i try to revive it with HWK.

it says" 1st boot failed"

any good ideas guys?

again flash with HWK and tic on auth boot and force MSL I did same in D780 Now it was ok

flash with good cable and without battery
ust cable is not compatible with hwk

Thats an cable fault change cable or check charging connector.
