can not unlock my501C


I have this phone for unlock. Soldered wires to phone board
Phone Info: 251110673410 LI5,IL: 031106 1410; HT (DC 2C 05); Phone Code: 0000
Server answer Server:\> 359241xxx; Read flash, then send it to support mail!
I try Step2, no codes. Try to read flash, progress bar always 0.0%, wait for 30 min - no changes
Please, help me unlock this phone

Restart SagemDD and read flash.bin.
After that, read our tutorial about Step2 solution (look SagemDD_V4.6 release) again.
I hope you will understand that your phone is not SIM locked ( never locked phone)

I try read flash on 2 computers - SagemDD_v5.8 said always 0.0%, last time wait ab 2 hours...
My phone is SIM locked - show this words when card inserted, without sim - SIM not present

remember two things according to my experiance


always use fully charged battery

and lcd should be connected through all process

Your phone is not SIM locked.
Just check phone with not original SIM.

Sorry mr latigido, i can't understand, what you want to say. Whith any Sim card phone said SIM locked and allow type 3 digits only...

SIM lock codes are 8, 10 or 16 digits ( SE based Sagem-s).
Your phone ask for phone code:0000, not for SIM lock code!
Do you understand?

Yes, I check this phone again, i can type 10 digits, then OK key appears

@latigido

As i understand, Sagdd can not unlock or repair this phone. May be it have firmware damaged, SMTi can not detect this phone al all !!! but can flash...After reflash problem resolved
