Problem with my SadDD BOX - GSM-Forum

First, excuse me my bad english, i speak spanish.

I have problem with SagDD box a few month ago. All model that i try to unlock use the JTAG TP method directly with box, no internet credit. I not buyed credit for another models yet.

I try to explain us the problem, step by step.

1- I connect the SagDD box to LPT cable. (the blue led on, and low)
2- Connect the SagDD box to SUB cable. (the blue light change to high intensity)
4- Open the SagemDD soft and select Auto Speed and Direct Unlock.
5- Open the phone and connect the batery and JTAG TP.
5- Conect the data end and TP end of 3 in 1 cable to the phone and JTAG TP.
6- Connect the other end to SagDD box.
7- Press "Do a Job" buttom.

Problem 1:
The soft show the correct Dongle´s S/N and version 1.1 and work until 10%. Show a message "Setting phone speed failed"

Solution:

Select 19200 as speed and try again.

Problem 2:

The soft show the correct Dongle´s S/N and version 1.1 and work until 6%. Show a message "Failed to read IMEI"

It is all the time, i can work with this SagDD, i try in others PC, whit older version of SagemDD soft, with varios model of phone and offcouse diferent JTAG TP.

Note: The red (TX) and green (RX) leds, is off all time.

Please, i need help.

You box have got hardware problem.
For more details we needs S/N of your box.
Post your problem, box S/N and login name to
[email protected]

latigido thanks very much. I send all information and report to support team maybe today, from my email account registered in sagDD site. Please, tell me if exist solution for repair this box, it is 100 % original and how many time for solution

I have the same problem with @arcrore.
I can't unlock any phones for 2 months, always stop at 10% or 6%, my box has hardware problem? Please help me
I bought this box 6 or 7 months ago
