Bro,
stop wasting time, I dunno what are you doing wrong.
I already posted south Africa rom for 4007x - download HERE

unpack to folder, load scatter file from that folder,
check if files are loaded and ticked, if not, tick and select files from rom folder.

press download and flash the phone.
the end

You are doing all wrong.

I will write, AGAIN, for the last time :

1. Use other SPFT - THIS ONE

2. If you formatted the phone, or phone don't accept flashing - use testpoint method,
to write preloader and dsp_bl FROM FLASH that you will write in phone
All described - HERE - READ CAREFULLY.

Method from that post works 100%,
so don't write here "sir I cant flash, bla bla - cant load files bla bla".
If you don't know what are you doing, then don't do it.
I cant copy my knowledge into your head,
it's process called LEARNING, and it's not easy.

I have Alcatel OT4007x and I used SP flash tool to format without bootloader and later my system couldnt find the phone so I used your testpoint method and now it can detect it but none of the flash files seem to work. I flashes 100% yet the device wont turn on when I press the power button.

When I used the mobile upgrade tool after flashing pro_info file, which said i already have the latest firmware, it powered the device on which hanged on the vodafone logo.

Please help as the device wont power on but now testpoint method has helped my system to detect it.

I can boldly say you are an Angel in Disguise. Thanks

Phone on now

Problem solved. Forgot to desolder the testpoint connection. Phone is on but still hangs on Onetouch Pixi logo as I flashed with 4007d firmware.

Talking 4007x now 4007d

4007x now 4007d and working perfectly as unboxed.

Tried almost everything until I layed my hands on the Ultimate and I think best solution by far. The revive pack. Wow. Followed everything as stated in the readme and boom mobile upgrade flashed phone and all is ok including sim card and network without fixing nvram. all is intact just that its kinda weird having a two sim software on a single sim phone but in the end whats of necessity is a working phone.

Thanks to all who provided help not withstanding BRKA.
