There are only 3 Hungarian Firmwares :

Code:
P310X-2[X=A,B]TNHU1
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALHU1
P310X-2[X=A,B]TBHU1
So, if none of those PID's don't allow updating... nothing can be done.
(except finding one working P310x with HU language and backing it up,
and after - writing to desired tablet)

Your tablet is : P310X-2AVDRO5 (Vodafone Romania), 4Gb rom.
Since it's operator customized, it doesn't allow updating / restoring.

You can try with some other European PID's, like :

Code:
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALEU1 -- European region, 100% unbranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALHU1 -- Hungary, should be debranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALBE1 -- Belgium, should be debranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALDE1 -- Germany, should be unbranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALRU1 -- Russia, should be unbranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALFR1 -- France, should be unbranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALIT1 -- Italy, should be unbranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALPL1 -- Poland, should be unbranded
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALPT1 -- Portugal, should be unbranded
Edit pro_info with notepad++, flash back to tablet, and use OTU Updater.

Try with close countries around, first,
there are good chances those PID's will have Romanian language.

I successfully flashed the pro_info.bin to tablet!
Now OTU started loading the firmware from server.
I hope to do full restore, because there are some apps that stay on tablet even after Hard Reset.
I will come with more info after OTU finish his job.

Your battery probably went discharged.
OTU just read data from device, doesn't write anything, if it cant update it.

Or simply connect it to charger, and press power on button for ~10 seconds.

after some time it should start charging, if boot is okay.

Since you didn't write what was the problem with device ... I dunno what
is the state of it, does it power on, stuck on logo, etc.

Anyway, if you charge battery and device starts detecting,
you can try with some of European PID's to make it alive again :

Code:
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALHU1 -- Hungary
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALPL1 -- Poland
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALBE1 -- Belgium
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALDE1 -- Germany
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALFR1 -- France
P310X-2[X=A,B]ALIT1 -- Italy
Unfortunatly, there is no Romanian retail PID, which allows updating,
and that means, that phone was only offered by some operator (Vodafone).

yes, my battery was discharge, but yesterday was 70% and doesn't power on after change PID with AALEU1. Maybe I was making something wrong with SPFlash, I pull out USB cable while software read and after that tablet didn't start. I try with OTU, but USB not recognized and Device descriptor request failed. So today I open the tablet's case and deconnect the battery, start SPFlash, change PID with AALHU1 and start OTU. This time OTU download packages, prepare and upgrade tablet. I reconnect battery and put it on charge. It was 1% charged so I wait to power on. It started but write in Hungarian language
