dct4 unlock problem!!!!

always when i unlock 6230 i got this error


why????????????????????
it is dct4 phone .........................

SIM Unlock FAILED

if this happened because there is bad data in pm , then why the jaf box unlock it successfully without problem!!!!?, and this is not the first phone i face with this problem, i have many 6230 phones can not unlocked via mt box
but with jaf can be unlocked successfully!!!!

strange mate i never face this problem with single piece.....
