Hello my box not work not power phone not vpp is hardware problem please help cable conector is ok

i did have the same problem. i will put here my mt-box board picture. i do some modifications in the board, now my box is working but i don't know if the solutions is good.
but my box is ok.

never conect arj45 to arj48

that s true, but i didnt have vpp in mt adapter with rj48. here is i did, and my box works again.

with i did, no need to put external charger. the box works properly for me.
