How to repair N73 security test failed all 7 sim blocks are open .. please help step by step

SECURITY_TEST failed!
SOLUTION;;

1) Repair Sd

2) Super Sd auth

3) Write modified pm. 1-309

I have already done this .. 1 & 309 Pm after sd authorization also written but problem is same
