I unlock it!!! But with your's help.

But I am looking for instructions to upgrade my S45 and my wife's Me45.
Can I do it with same programs and same ways two telephons?
I am looking for:
1. step by step instructions how to do.
2. for programs, from were I can download them, how to save (make backup)
of my original information....
