m35i died after SW upd v21 please help

When trying to write back my original v18 full-flash,
after SW update to v21 (stupid thing to do, I know now)
After switching on phone I get:" Phone blocked Network-CODE"

I tried to write-back a full v18 (origional backup) flash with Martech x35 service Tools.

Phone is completely death now!

Please help!

You can't downgrade the version of your Siemens

When appears Phone blocked Network-CODE you must unlock with ZiemensG3

Now you can repair your phone with ****** or Landy instructions

If you don't understand the Landy solution you have Rinvend solution

"THIS SIMPLE REPAIR I HOPE MORE EASY TO USE.

For ALL people always asking and searching about this topic, This is a solution i use for repair and your all must know how to use (PLS LEARN by ur SELF).

This solution i get while try to downgrade ver24 to ver21.
(Ver24 cannot change imei if u change with lead your phone get error and u must use workshop 1.22 pro to repair)

1. USE MARTECH 1.7 TO WRITE FULL FLASH (CHOOSE X35 FULL FLASHER (X35 VER 05) TO WRITE (THIS FULL FLASHER YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM LANDY PAGE)). UNTIL FINISH --> NEXT

2. FLASH YOUR PHONE WITH WINSWUP and USE X35 VER 0503 --> NEXT

3. USE ZIEMENS SOFTWARE 1.22 BY PRO AND PRESS "CEE_REPAIR" (THIS JUST TRY REPAIR ANY DAMAGE BY FLASHER (REPAIR "SERVICES MODE") REMEMBER YOUR PHONE STILL DEAD) --> NEXT

3. TRY YOUR PHONE WITH MARTECH 1.7 FOR SURE IF YOUR PHONE CAN CONNECT TO "SERVICES MODE" (THE WORDs UP ON PHONE SCREEN) --> NEXT

4. IF OK FOR "SERVICES MODE" USE X35EE_UPLOADER AND USE RM0503.BIN (S35) or CM0503.BIN (C/M35) TO REPAIR YOUR PHONE EEPROM. (SOMETIME U MUST PRESS THE "ON" POWER REPEAT 3-5 TIMES UNTIL THE "SERVICES MODE" UP ON THE PHONE) --> NEXT

5. USE ZIEMENS 1.22 AGAIN TO REPAIR CLICK "CEE_REPAIR", NOW YOU GET WORKING PHONE AGAIN --> NEXT

4. USE IMEI CHANGER BY LEAD TO CHANGE IMEI BACK. --> NEXT

5. FINALLY U CAN USE X35 ANY FIRMWARE TO UPGRADE BUT YOU JUST CAN UP TO VERSION 21. CAUSE LEAD IMEI WRITER JUST SUPPORT UP TO VERSION 21 (AFTER VER21 YOUR PHONE WILL ERROR, PLEASE REPEAT PROCEDURE TO REPAIR)

THIS SOLUTION TESTED ON S35i AND M35I (WORKS 100%)

I can switch on the phone again (lights up only, no info)
After a few minutes it starts beeping for a few seconds.
I flashed and updated it as mentioned Landys instructions,
with sw v5.

The EEprom is C489.

I can't get this "x35Eeprom uploader" working (DOS prog)
running WIN98SE. (proggy is not responding)

The phone came alive after activating "CEE_Repair"(Ziemens x3x Series Workshop 1.22)

I can't find Cm0503.bin (size 64kb) for uploading to the EEprom!!

Please help me to finish this last stage, to get it working again!
