M50 goes off when check the capacity in messeges menu - GSM-Forum

my m50 goes off when i check capacity in inbox or outbox.
swup- not help
write flash +eeprom readed from other phone-not help
this problem is only when the phone is set to bulgarian language(lang. pack 04)
when english-no problem.

Yes, but the latest with bulgarian is not the latest at all.
I mean maybe I will solve that problem but my phone will not have bulgarian.
But ,still- I will try.

Put old good SIM in phone - will work without problems - this is a common fault in siemens x45 and up phones with cheap BG SIM cards - both Mobiltel and GloBul

I heard about that- the problem is in the sim.But why this problem can be solved in C45 by sw downgrade to version 14 or 17?
