Most probably without dongle it will not help you.

I have c55 ver14 who only flash light LCD and buzzer
after this phne swich off
Maybe calculate map

I have also C55/A50 partial unlocker/flasher/fast lang uploader (sure - not same like Velko), but no have problems at all. Also my SW make a some backups when unlock, ect... and for sure i can back to life damaged phones that i was make...
