Fast Direct Unlocked always giving me Error! - GSM-Forum

I have been trying to unlock T919, A867, etc and whenever i do Fast Direct Unlock it always gives me this:

Searching for UMTS phone...
Searching for phone...
Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Calculating SP Data, Please WAIT...
ERROR : 0x0030
Elapsed Time (00:36)

I am currently using USTPro2 v9.8.10 on XP 32bit with box connect to motherboard USB slot. My anti-virus is shut off as well. This has been happening ever since UST came out with the fast direct unlock feature. I usually just downgrade firmware using _Patch_Unlock_IMEI flash files in support. But lately, I can not find these flash files for the newer phones. Can UST or anybody tell me why I am getting this error? This doesn't happen with just the two phones, it happens with all phones when using Fast Direct Unlock! Please help me out...

'Use USB Cable'
Qualcomm Diagnostic Port: 2

Just press 9 + power key for download mode and click direct unlock

if it was a cable problem, than why can i unlock other phones via downgrade firmware with the same cable? cable is indeed working...

Sometimes, you have to do a full reset before perform the unlock operation.

really the latest up date for ust-pro is nothing .......................always error many bug and sir vahid or siroya never he reply you the time for z3x this box die because he work only in her new box axe

I'm still having trouble with fast direct unlock! I think I will discontinue using of Vygis once I have purchased a better samsung box.

VYGIS SUPPORT TEAM:
HELP ME FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OTHERS:
What is the best Samsung box out there???
