INDIAN users BE WARNED

hi,

i am from india under the service provider AIRTEL...I had taken a package in which i get two cards and the call rate between them is the lowest i can get here... strangely these days the SP is behaving rather awkwardly...i had done an offer charging to reduce the cost of messages...and the call rate to this number automatically rasied to 10 times....i called the customer care office...they said this shouldnt have happened...and they regret it....they just keep on saying that they will rectify it in 2 or 3 days...i waited and still dint get it rectified..almost called for three weeks giving the same complaint .then i waited as these kind of offer charges would automatically expire after a month...its been more than a month now....no change...i am not being able to override with any other offer charges...SO BEWARE.....this is a warning from a DISAPPOINTED user.....AIRTEL says they are uodating their servers,thats why this prob....but i think their servers are getting OUTDATED....so BEWARE...pls SPREAD this warning to your friends in INDIA
