samsung tool always comminication error??? - GSM-Forum

any model of samsung always comminication error...

i have uni box.
i chose model from samsung tool of usb-smart. ( for example: e330)
i use a300 cable. but always comminication error...
alwaays this error... why?
mr. zulea please explain this....

I think you should use E700 cable for E330 instead of A300 cable

I think E330 phone use the TAT mode

hehe, i`ve got same problem with e330.....realy true....use e700 cable, phone off, press unlock then switch on phone----tatmodus and all be fine

i USE a300 CABLE FROM ufs TWISTER, IT WORK WELL, I USE D500 CABLE AND E530, D800 ALL CABLE IS FROM UFS, TRY IT, IT'S VERY SIMPLE, UFS AND USB-SMART WORK FINE!

Yes just tested.. it works now with A300 ufs cable.....But with usb only e700 works

in support area...if you have original dongle and samsung addon it schould be no problem to find
