I think I had the same error, solved when I re-install it again.

in my case, was cause a re-installation of Windows and I have this installed on another HDD, so the soft still there, but not registered on the shell.

try to reinstall it, and write the result

now solved problem by start>>all program>>Accessories>>System Tools>>System Restore
or running with other computer

FTDI box driver not installed.

ftdi seems intalled correctly becouse i dont have any ? in drivers. but i can try reinstall ftdi, please tell me how to. thank you

problem solved
1.clean ftdi with FTClean.exe
2.delet C:\Program Files\Z3X
3. reinstall software (Samsung Qualcomm Tool 5.6.42.exe , z3x-shell.exe , etc )

Been getting the same thing here, and all installed correctly.

Solved by shutting down Universal Box software that was running at the same time!

I have the same problem and tried all the methods posted above but still can't get it fixed.
