Problem " dongle not find " with dongle ok in properties ? - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I bought my dongle 2 month ago.
It works correctly, sometimes dongle not find, but after ok.
Now always dongle not find.
I don t understand ?
When I look on properties the dongle is recognize.
What is the problem ?
Please help me ?

froblem is ur pc..usb hub.....try repaiar ur pc ...removed driver ur usb smart and restart ur pc ...connect again ur dongle...

Thks for your help, but I don t have an hub.
It s work perfectly before.
I try with another pc and it s the same.
I remove driver and it s always the same.

i have the same problem too. and i can't solve the problem. i mailed it back to reseller and get a replacement already but my motorola and samsung feature is not working now. i still contacting them

try uninstalling the program, restart, if auto detect and prompt for installatn, then install all drivers from one folder (did mine from sys 32). restart. all shld work o.k, had same problm

sounds like pc problem.

try to use a different usb port... and be gentle with your usb!
