Hi all.
I bought a Dark Infrared BGA Rework station.
$1100>very reasonably priced(include shipping).
I use it to repair notebooks & Motherboards.
Tested on S478 CPU socket and nVidia GPU(Dell M1210 & HP TX1000).
I reflowed nVidia GPU(Go 7400 & GO 6150) successfully.

Two modes for temperature unit adjusting.
Set temperature, press start, it run and temperature go up.
Auto control and Real Time monitoring temperature.
Reach the °C, alarm sound, temperature go down and you press stop.
Easy to use, but with fewer support.

What i know from my friends, at first this BGA Rework station is for internal used.
I never ask more as the knowledge i got from my friend can setld my problem.

Lead free compatible.
General Power : 2000W(max)
Top heater Power : 300W(Infrared heating tube, wavelength about 2-8um)
Fan Power : 200W
Bottom heater Power : 300W(Infrared heating tube, wavelength about 2-8um)
Bottom Pre heater Power : 1200W
Voltage frequency : 220 volts 50/60 HZ
Support board Size : max 370 X 320mm
Weight : 5kg

Why i bought it:
1) DARK infra-red(Infrared heating tube, wavelength about 2-8um)
2) The temperature rising speed(particularly important).
3) Easy to use(auto control soldering process).

Most advance, new model come with 3 nozzles(5.5x5.5, 4x4, 3x3cm).
3 phases reflow soldering process with auto stop.
3 type of soldering process for : Lead Free 4, 6 layer board(3 phases) ; Lead board(2 phases)
Price approximatele USD11xx.

My friend's company produce this BGA Rework station for internal use.
Many others + me, like this BGA Rework station(like fast friends at the first meeting).
