i have old universal box based whit Max 232
can i change just Max 232 whit Max 3232
or i nned other change in the box, if yes
please shemas for univirsal box whit Max 3232

you may change MAX232 to MAX3232 but you must change supply from 5V to 3V because MAX3232 is 3V IC

Wrong !! 3232 can be powered between 3,6 and 5v !!! replace 232 with 3232 and change also pump capacitors to 0,1uF. If you supply 3232 with 5v, your peak on tx will be 3,6v, if you supply with 3,6 peak will be 3 V.

or all pump capacitors 10uF(4ps) + 47uF(1p) + 470uF(1p) ?
